I am looking for a new tenant for my single room apartment in marburg. Because I am moving in with my boyfriend, I unfortunately have to leave my beloved 1-room apartment after 2 years. The room is always bright and fresh. It has very good air ventilation. The apartment is new and well maintained. It has a fitted kitchen, refrigerator, Backofen. A parking place is also available for your Car just opposite to the apartment. The apartment is very well equipped with advance floor heating system and a balcony with a beautiful view. The entrance of the apartment has the view of Georg-GaßMann-Stadium.
The kitchen is fitted and has nice cabinets. The rest of apartment is unfurnished and you can decorate it beautifully as you like.
(Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter für meine Einzimmerwohnung in Marburg. Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, muss ich leider nach 2 Jahren meine geliebte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung verlassen. Das Zimmer ist immer hell und frisch. Es hat eine sehr gute Belüftung. Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr gepflegt. Sie hat eine Einbauküche, Kühlschrank, Backofen. Ein Parkplatz für Ihr Auto ist auch vorhanden, direkt gegenüber der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit vorgezogener Fußbodenheizung und einem Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Der Eingang der Wohnung hat den Blick auf das Georg-GaßMann-Stadion.
Die Küche ist eingebaut und hat schöne Schränke. Der Rest der Wohnung ist unmöbliert und Sie können die Wohnung nach Ihren Wünschen schön einrichten.)
The apartment is located next to the George-Gaßemann-Stadion and a few meters from Dominos. The train station Marburg Süd is only 5 minutes away by walk and offers a very good connection to the city center of Marburg, Uniklinik, Wehrda, Cappel, Frankfurt and Gießen.
