Ich suche zum 01.05.2023 einen Nachmieter für meine schöne Einzelwohnung am Erlenring. Die Wohnung ist quadratisch angeordnet und hat einen großen Balkon direkt an der Lahn auf dem man lange Sonne hat. Sie ist sehr hell da sie eine schöne große fensterfront hat. Zudem gib es ein modernes Bad mit Dusche und eine kleine gemütliche Koschnische.
Zur wohnunh gehöhrt zudem eine kleine Abstellkammer im Keller. Es gibt zudem einen Waschraum mit nutzbaren Waschmaschinen.
Es könnte kaum keine angenehmere Lage als Student geben als für diese Wohnung. Die mensa ist 100 meter entfernt. Das Erlenring Center mit Rewe, Aldi, Dm und Apotheke ca 300 m entfernt. Bis zum Marktplatz in der Oberstadt läuft man kaum 10 minuten.
Am schönsten ist es, abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und die Lahn plätschern zu hören.
