Hallo,

ich bin Hannah-Lea und studiere auf der Hochschule Niederrhein in Mönchengladbach. Wegen eines halbjährigen Praktikums, welches ich grade dabei bin zu suchen, werde ich NRW für eine Weile verlassen müssen.
Da ich nach meinem Praktikum wieder zurück möchte und meine Wohnung super gern habe, möchte ich diese für die Zeit Untervermieten.

In der Zeit vom 01.04.2024 bis zum 31.09.2024 biete ich meine Wohnung möbiliert zur Untermiete an.
Über einen etwas früheren Einzug kann man mit mir sprechen.
Der angegebene Preis von 590€ ist all inclusive!

Ich selbst wohne hier nun schon länger und fühle mich nach wie vor sehr wohl!
Die Wohnung hat einen sehr eigenen Charme, wenn du Altbauwohnungen magst, wirst du die Wohnung lieben.
Hohe Decken, wunderschöner Hausflur, große Fenster.
Eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ist im Keller vorhanden.
Es gibt einen Innenhof, wo Fahrräder oder ggf. Mottorräder abgestellt werden können.

Ich wohne hier mit meinem Boxer Butch, der natürlich mit mir mit kommt.
Ich werde vor deinem Einzug natürlich alles sauber hinterlassen, dennoch wäre es vom Vorteil, wenn du keine Hundehaarallergie hast.

Diese Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucher Wohnung und soll es auch bleiben. Im Hof kann man sich, vor allem im Sommer, eine kleine Ecke einrichten und dann gemütlich draußen rauchen.

Since I plan to return after my internship and love my apartment, I would like to sublet it during that time.

I have been living here for quite some time and still feel very comfortable! The apartment has a unique charm; if you like old building apartments, you will love it. High ceilings, a beautiful hallway, and large windows characterize the place. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available in the basement. There is a courtyard where bicycles or possibly motorcycles can be parked.

I live here with my boxer, Butch, who will of course accompany me. I will leave everything clean before your move-in, but it would be advantageous if you don't have a dog hair allergy.

This is a non-smoking apartment and should remain so. In the courtyard, you can set up a small corner to smoke comfortably outside, especially in the summer.
