Ich vermiete mein Zimmer mit kleiner Küche und kleinem Bad für den oben genannten Zeitraum unter. In dieser Zeit bin ich nicht in München sonder studiere in Baden-Wuerttemberg. Der Zeitraum der Vermietung ist ziemlich ungerade, dass liegt jedoch daran das ich für die Oktoberfest Zeit bereits Freunden zugesagt habe, dass sie so lange bei mir wohnen dürfen.
Das Zimmer ist nicht besonders groß, aber ganz gut aufgeteilt und für eine Person ausreichend. Die großen Fensterpänke bieten sitzplatz und in der Küche eine extra Arbeitsfläche.
Es sollte soweit alles vorhanden sein was man zum "Überleben" braucht, Waschen kann man im Wash&Coffee direkt unten im Gebäude, sehr praktisch und nette Atmosphäre. Bügelbrett und Eisen habe ich da. Bettzeug solltest du selbst haben, das muss ich mitnehmen ;)
Allerdings werde ich dir mein Fahrrad überlassen für die Zeit überlassen, wenn du versprichst gut drauf Acht zu geben.

Hi,
I'm renting out my room while I'm studying in Baden-Wuerttemberg. As shown on the pictures, theres a small bathroom attached to it and a kitchen around the corner. I can only rent out until september 21st, since I already told friends to feel free taking my apartment for the octoberfest.
The room is relatively small, but shaped well so no worries for one person living there. Everything you need for living should be there, though you need to bring your own sheets and pillow, since i have to take mine to baden wuerttemberg. There is a wash&coffe in the building downstairs, a cool store, where you can wash and dry your clothes.
Thefefore though I'll leave my bike to you, if you promise to take care of it ;)
Das Zimmer liegt in einem Hinterhof an der Klenzestraße. Sehr angenehm da man Nachts trotz der Innenstadtlage sehr ruhig schlafen kann. Der Gärtnerplatz ist zwei Minuten entfernt, Marienplatz zu Fuß fünf über den Viktualienmarkt und die Isar auch fünf Minuten.
Die Fraunhoferstraße bietet die U-Bahnen eins und zwei, der Marienplatz die U3 und U6 ... beide sind ca. fünf Minuten Fußweg entfernt, das Isartor mit der S-Bahn Stammstrecke noch näher. Im Glockenbachviertel lässt sich Abends sehr gut weg gehen.

The room is located in a house in a back courtyard in klenzestraße 1, which is great for sleeping. You wont hear a sound of the tram our car noises. Gärtnerplatz is only about two minuts walk, Marienplatz 5 minutes, where you can take U6 and U3, if you need U1 and U2 you can reach them at fraunhoferstraße, also only a fife minute walk into the other direction. S-bahn is even closer at Isartor, just around the corner. The river is two minutes away.
I'd say Glockenbachviertel is one of the nicest quarters in munich. Should be an enjoyable time for you ;)
Schreibt mir einfach ein paar Zeilen zu euch und was ihr so in München macht. Falls ihr Fragen habt, koennt ihr sie gleich mit in der Nachricht stellen
Ein paar Anmerkungen:
Ich kann das Zimmer nur für die angegebene Zeit untervermieten. Was natürlich bedeutet, dass du nicht die volle angegebene Monatliche Miete für Juni und September zahlen müsst. Das brechen wir dann auf die Tage runter, rechnen wir dann gemeinsam aus. Bitte stellt keine Anfragen wenn ihr das Zimmer nur für Teile der Zeit mieten möchtet.
Ich vermiete mein Zimmer nur an dich unter, wenn du innerhalb der nächsten Woche bereit bist vorbei zu kommen und dich vorzustellen. Sorry an Erasmus Leute, aber ich möchte dich vorher kennen lernen.
Und zu guter letzt: Schreib mit bitte deine Handy Nummer in der Anfrage. Ich antworte lieber sofort mit einem Anruf wenn mir deine Mail gefällt, als ständig E-Mails hin und her zu schreiben.

a few other things:
please only text me if you're going to take the room from the time given. I can't change the dates and won't rent it out only for a bit of the time. Just too complicated for me.
Obviously I wont charge you the whole rent for June and September, we'll split it into the days your staying, the rest I'll pay for.
As well, just text me, if you will be able to meet me within the next week here in Munich. Sorry for all Erasmus students, but i won't rent out my apartment without knowing you personally.
