This cozy studio is located on the 5th floor of a newly renovated building with elevator. It has a nice layout with two big windows facing West and is equipped with a small kitchenette (stove can be put in, but I will leave you my portable cooking plate), a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchentable with 4 chairs, a 1,40m bed and a closet.
The apartment is located in the heart of Munich, right by Marienplatz/Viktualienmarkt. You could not even be more center than this. All public transportation is right in front of your door (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Bus). Restaurants for all kinds of gusti surround you - all within walking distance. Supermarket just across the street, but who needs that if you have Viktualienmarkt and can get everything fresh. The main shopping district (Kaufingerstrasse) starts also at Marienplatz.
You can easily get to the English Garden or the Isarauen for a stroll within just a few minutes.
Because I just can't part from this apartment yet, I will sublease it for 6 month + from today on.
All utilities are included. I would prefer someone who will commit to staying the complete 6 month, but I am open to your proposal.
The apartment is available from today on. Required is "Haftpflichtversicherung", first month rent and 1000EUR deposit, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if no damages occured on your account.
