Die Wohnung ist mit 25 m² zwar klein, bietet aber sehr viel Stauraum (diverse Schränke, Bettkasten, PAX-Kleiderschrank, etc.) plus einen großzügigen Balkon mit tollem Ausblick über München!
Die Wohnung wurde zudem erst vor anderthalb Jahren renoviert und die Möbel sind erst ein paar Monate bis ein halbes Jahr alt.
Direkt an der S-Bahnstation Rosenheimer Platz gelegen (Stammstrecke), d.h. super Anbindung zur Innenstadt (3 Minuten bis zum Marienplatz) sowie zum Flughafen! Bus und Tram ebenfalls in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Diverse Restaurants, Bars, Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
