Schöne und nigelnagelneue Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete im Mai

Da ich im Mai 3 Wochen im Urlaub bin, würde ich meine Wohnung gern für die Zeit untervermieten. Der Preis bezieht sich auf die maximale Mietdauer vom 28.04. bis 21.05. und ist eher eine Verhandlungsbasis, dabei ist aber alles inklusive. Bei kürzerer Mietdauer würde ich entsprechend entgegenkommen, wobei eine Mindestmietdauer von 2 Wochen gewünscht ist. Die Schlüsselübergabe sollte vor dem 28.04. stattfinden, aber da ließe sich im Notfall auch eine Lösung finden, falls das nicht möglich ist.

Stichdaten:
- 49m² mit kleinem Schlafzimmer, Bad und großer Wohnküche
- Küche voll ausgestattet: Umluftofen, Ceranfeld, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, aber ohne Kaffeemaschine!
- sehr schickes Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne und Waschmaschine
- Wohnbereich aus großer Eckcouch mit Couchtisch sowie Fernseher (ohne "Fernsehanschluss", also nur Netflix etc. via Chromecast möglich)
- Schreibtisch (Drucker/Scanner/Monitor/Tastatur/Maus stehen zur Verfügung)
- ultra schnelles Internet (400mbps)

Bettwäsche und Handtücher würde ich bei Bedarf stellen, darüber hinaus wird natürlich Platz im Kleiderschrank, Bad etc. geschaffen. Das Bett ist normale 140cm breit, also auch für 2 Personen geeignet.

Die Wohnung ist extrem neu (BJ 2016) und entsprechend in erstklassigem Zustand und Ausstattung (Parkettboden mit Fußbodenheizung, Belüftungsanlage, riesengroße Fensterfront nach Süden, sehr schickes Bad). Es gibt eine kleine Loggia zum sehr ruhigen, jedoch aufgrund der Neuheit noch recht kargen Innenhof (die Bäume brauchen noch ein paar Jahre...).

ENGLISH VERSION

Since I'm on vacation in May, I woud like to rent out my flat in the eatern part of Munich from 28.04. until 21.05.. The shown price is all inclusive for the full duration, if you would like to stay a bit shorter I would of course give a discount, but I'm looking for someone who stays at least 2 weeks.
I'm looking for a single person or a couple (the bed is the usual 140cm).

The flat is 49sqm large, with a small bedroom, a very nice bathroom (with shower and washing machine) and a large living room/kitchen, but just have a look at the pictures.
I would supply towels and bedclothes if desired, and would make room in the wardrobe and bath of course.

It is located near the Ostbahnhof (9 minutes walk, or via bus directly in front of the building), where you have perfect connectivity to the S-Bahn, the U5 and some trams and buses. With the bike it's 15 minutes to Marienplatz and English Garden. The next supermarket is 5 minutes walk.

I can offer my bike and/or my motor scooter (with 2 helmets) if requested, but this would increase the deposit.

Visits are possible quite spontaneously, but during the week only in the evening (after work).
