Verkehrsverbindungen (U2) ist gut gelegen.
Das Zimmer hat 30 qm und 3 Meter hohe Wände.
Ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein schöner Balkon.
Bevorzugte Personen sind diese die sehr ruhig sind. Die Nachbarschaft besteht zum Großteil aus ältere Menschen. Da ich am Wochenende viel von zuhause arbeite und regelmäßig Besuch bekomme, bevorzuge ich jemand der am Wochenende nicht da ist.
I don’t like noise and partys because the neighbors are very quiet. So I would love to have respectful people that accept the Conditions.
The only thing they would share is the living (parlour) room and the toilet.
The Room ist möbliert (Mit Möbel / with furniture) cost/ kostet 750/ mtl.
