I will be away until at least mid of October hence I'm subletting my 1-room apartment next to Rosenheimer Platz.
Smoking inside the apartment and keeping pets is not allowed. Rental details will be regulated by a sub-rental contract; KVR registration (Anmeldung) is possible.
A few words about the apartment:
Apartment is fully furnished, with a balcony facing south. Kitchen and living space are divided. Kitchen is located directly next to the front door (there is no hallway). There is a gas stove and an oven; unfortunately no dish-washer.
Bedroom/living room is spacious and equipped with a double bed and a convertible sofa. There is a small dining table, wardrobe with a mirror and a commode.
Bathroom is small but bright, with a bathtub.
There is an elevator. Washing mashines are in the basement - Laudry costs 2 EUR, drying costs 1.5 EUR.
Centrally located, 3-4 minutes walk to Rosenheimer Platz S-bahn and tram stop.
Rosenheimer Platz S-bahn is connected with all S-bahn lines; it takes 3 minutes to reach Marienplatz, 5 minutes Hauptbahnhof, 35 minutes Munich airport.
Tram 15/25 can within a few minutes bring you to Max-Weber Platz (U4/U5), Silberhornstr. (U2/U7) and Wettersteinplatz (U1).
10 minutes walk to Muenchen Ostbahnhof.
Eating and drinking:
Supermarkets: Aldi, Hit, Penny, Bio vollkorner, DM within 3-5 minutes walk.
There are many restaurants, bars, cafe's, bakeries in the area.
Entertainment & sports:
2 cinemas, 2 cultural centers (Gasteig and Muffathalle), a swimming pool (Müllersches volksbad) can be reached within 3-7 minutes walk. Isar is just a stone throw away.
