The apartment is located in a modern building ( construction year 2015 )in the 2nd floor.
The building have elevators and
is located close to Ostbahnhof ( 10-12 min) U-Karl-Preis-Platz(8-10 min) and is 100% furnished ( Desk, dinning table, Dishes, cuttlery, TV, Lamps, etc).
The Flat have a small kitchen mit Fridge und Microwave oven. You will also have a Storage in the basement and there are several Laundry rooms available to the residents.
Requirements/Conditions:
Warmmiete ( total rent 860 EUR)
The contract will be unlimited.
The tennant need to have a min netto month income of 1720 EUR
No pets allowed
