Hallo, die Zeit ist gekommen, meine ruhige Wohnung zu verlassen. Die Wohnung wird ab dem 1.10.2021 für eine langfristige Miete zur Verfügung stehen.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, es gibt einen Kleiderschrank, ein Bett, einen kleinen Esstisch mit Stühlen, einen Arbeitstisch samt Schreibtischstuhl, eine Küchenzeile mit Geschirr, einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, ein Ofen und ein schönes Bad. Ich werde nur das Sofa mitnehmen. Alles andere bleibt, für eine kleine Gebühr um 500 Euro.
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit einer schönen Aussicht, auf dem man an sonnigen Tagen gut entspannen kann.
- Die Wohnung ist für eine Person oder ein Paar geeignet.
- KVR möglich
- Leider keine Waschmaschine, kann aber leicht installiert werden, da ein Wasseranschluss vorhanden ist. Ich persönlich gehe in ein nahegelegenes Wäschegeschäft.

Hello, time has come to leave my quiet apartment. The apartment will be available from the 1.10.2021 for a long term rent.
The flat is fully furnished, there is a wardrobe, a bed, a small dining table with chairs, a work desk along with a desk chair, a kitchenette with dishes, a small fridge with freezer, an oven, and a nice bathroom. I will only take the sofa. Everything else stays, for a small fee around 400-500 Euros.
The flat has a balcony with a beautiful view which makes it nice to relax on a sunny day.

- Unfortunately no washing machine but it can be installed easily as there is water connection available. I personally go to a close laundry shop.

Die Lage ist super für Leute, die zentral pendeln wollen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Ostbahnofs, 2 Minuten vom Ostfriehof entfernt. Viele öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: S-Bahn St. Martin-Straße in 3 Minuten, Busse in der Umgebung mit Verbindungen in die ganze Stadt. Die City ist 3-4 km entfernt, ideal für Radfahrer. Ostbahnhof ist 5 min mit dem Bus oder 12 min zu Fuß.
Es gibt einen V-Markt direkt neben der Wohnung sowie Rewe und Aldi in 5 min zu Fuß.

The location is great for people who want to commute centrally. The appartment is located near Ostbahnof, 2 minutes from Ostfriehof. Many public transportation options: S-bahn St. Martin-Straße in 3 minutes, buses all around the area with connections to the whole city. The city is 3-4 km, ideal for bikers. Ostbahnhof is 5 min with a bus or 12 min by foot.
There is a V-Markt right next to the appartment as well as Rewe and Aldi within 5 min walk.
