In Bogenhausen / Stadtteil Oberföhring (Münchener Osten) gelegen mit Trambahn und Bus vor dem Haus (Haltestelle Fritz-Meyer-Weg). Die U-Bahn erreicht man per Bus, so dass man z.B. zur TU München/Garching in 35-40 Minuten kommt.
S8 Johanneskirchen ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Zum Englischen Garten ist es ein kurzer Fußweg. Das Stadtzentrum ist über diesen z.B. per Fahrrad gut zu erreichen, ebenso die Universität (LMU).
In einer am Gebäude direkt anschließenden kleinen Einkaufspassage sind einige Läden und Restaurants zur Deckung des täglichen Bedarfs. Lebensmittel-Discounter (Aldi und Lidl) sind fußläufig erreichbar.

It is a short walk to the English Garden. The city center is nearby and can be reached by bike, as well the the university (LMU).
In a small shopping mall on the ground floor attached to the building, are some shops and restaurants to meet daily needs. Discounters (Lidl/Aldi) are within walking distance.
