I am done with my studies and am leaving my studio apartment mid-December. I am therefore looking for a new tenant from mid-December to end of February 2020.
- Location: The studio is ideally located within walkable distance to S-Bahn (3 minutes), U-Bahn (6 minutes), tram (2 minutes) and bus (1 minute). Many supermarkets and shopping mall within 2 minutes walking.
- Studio features: The studio apartment is on the 5th floor and faces the calm street where very few cars drive by. It has a small yet very pleasant balcony. The building and the apartments are all new (built and inaugurated in September 2018) and so the quality is excellent and the studio is well isolated (cannot hear neighbours at all). It comes with a bed (with two very practical drawers for storage) that fits perfectly in the studio. I sell the bed for €150.00, only structure, no mattress. With the exception of the bed, the studio is not furnished. The studio comes with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with all necessary amenities.
- The building includes: A shared laundry room / a room for garbage and recycling / two study rooms and social rooms with vending machines / a massive roof terrace with tables and chairs with stunning view on the Alps and Munich (amazing in summer) / an elevator / a safe locked room for bikes / a storage cellar (for every person in the building)
