Die Lage der Wohnung ist 3 Gehminuten von der U4 Böhmerwaldplatz entfernt. 5 Gehminuten bis zu den Bushaltestellen und der U4 Halte an der Richard-Strauss-Straße. An der Richard-Strauss-Straße ist ein Aldi, Edeka, Rossmann und eine Apotheke, wo alles für das tägliche Leben gekauft werden kann. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig (kein Lärm durch Autos!) und innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ist die Innenstadt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Ein schöner Park ist ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.

In the kitchenette there is a refrigerator, three cooking plates, an oven and a water boiler. In the kitchenette there are also two wall cupboards, so there is enough storage space.
The location of the apartment is 3 walking minutes away from the U4 Böhmerwaldplatz. 5 walking minutes to the bus stops and the U4 stop at Richard-Strauss-Straße. At Richard-Strauss-Straße you will find an Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann and a pharmacy. The location is absolutely quiet (no noise from cars!) and within a few minutes the city centre can be reached by public transport or by bicycle. A beautiful park is also in the immediate vicinity.
