Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
sehr gerne möchte ich mich privat vergrößern. Ich biete eine zentrale 1 Zimmerwohnung im Gärtnerplatzviertel inkl. Balkon zur Isar. Die Whg. hat ca. 28qm und kostet warm 490 Euro. Sollte ihr einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz benötigen würden nochmal 70 Euro monatlich hinzu kommen.
Was ich Suche? Eine 1,5 - 2 Zimmer Wohnung in folgenden Vierteln: Gärtnerplatz, Glockenbach, Maxvorstadt. Die Warmmiete sollte 750 Euro nicht übersteigen. Optimalerweise befindet sich die Tauschwohnung in einem Altbau und hat einen Balkon.
