Die Wohnung befindet sich auf dem 2. OG, Aufzug ist vorhanden. Westlich orientierter Balkon mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Sie verfügen über ein privates Kellerabteil im UG und Sie dürfen auch den Fahrradkeller verwenden. Tiefgaragenstellplätze und E-Scooters können gemietet werden.

Die Wohnung ist Teil einer Wohngemeinschaft. Sie haben Zugriff auf alle Anlagen: Pool, Beachvolleyball- und Fußballfeld, Grillplatz, Fitness-Studio, Beamer-Raum, Billardtisch, komplett ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküchen mit Backofen und Spülmaschine... The apartment is part of a residential community. You have access to all facilities: pool, beach volleyball and soccer fields, barbecue area, fitness studio, projector room, pool table, fully equipped communal kitchens with oven and dishwasher ...
