Hallo, aus beruflichen Gründen biete ich meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung ab April an. Mit der Dauer bin ich flexibel, erstmal für 1 Jahr, mit eventueller Verlängerung.

Ein rechteckiges Zimmer mit 2 Fenstern, 17 m² groß, komplett möbliert. Zur Möbel gehört alles was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist + ein separater Schreibtisch mit einem Stuhl. Großer Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Esstisch mit Stühlen, Bett und Regal sind auch da.

Kompakte Einbauküche im Eingangsbereich hat alles was man braucht: Kühlschrank, Elektroherdplatte (ohne Backofen), Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, sowie Schränke mit Küchenzubehör.

Badzimmer hat eine Badewanne und einen automatischen Wasserheizer. Waschmaschine ist in gemeinsamer Nutzung und steht im Keller des Hauses - Waschmünzen sind beim Hausmeister abzuholen. Ansonsten gibt es zwei gute Waschsalons, in 4 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

690 Euro warm, 700 Euro Kaution.

Hi, out of job reasons I am offering my 1-room apartment from April on. Duration is flexible, at the moment flat would be available for 1 year, with possible extention afterwards.

Fully equipped und furnished 17 sqm room with 2 windows. All furniture as on the photos + separate working table and chair. Big bed, big wardrobe, a sofa, a dining table with chairs and a book shelf. Small kitchenette comes with a fridge, an electric stove (without oven), a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, as well as cupboards with all utensils.

Bathroom has a bathtub and automatic water boiler. A washing machine is in common use in the basement of the house – coins can be bought by the Hausmeister. Otherwise there are two good laundry shops just 4 Minutes walking distance away.

690 Euro incl. hot water bill, 700 Euro deposit.
