ich ziehe zum 1.09. aus meiner schönen Wohnung im Glockenbach aus, und mein Mietvertrag endet am 30.11. Daher suche ich einen Untermieter für die Monate September, Oktober und November.
In der Holzstr. ist die Wohnung zentral gelegen, aber sehr ruhig, und man erreicht alles (U-Bahn, Tengelmann, Netto, Bars, Discos und Gärtnerplatz) gut zu Fuß.
Es handelt sich um eine 1,5 Zimmerwohnung, d.h. eine Wohnküche und ein Seperates Schlafzimmer, Hochbett oder Schlafsofa kann ich auf Wunsch drin lassen. Das Bad ist neu und hat eine Badewanne.
