Ich biete meine wunderschöne Wohnung zur Untermiete vom 1. März 2024 bis zum 31. März 2024.
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und hat ein eigenes Bad, Balkon und eigene Küche. Natürlich ist sie auch mit Heizung und WLAN ausgestattet.
Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Nur 3-4 Minuten von der Fraunhoferstraße und dem Isar entfernt. Und es sind bloß zwei Stationen bis zum Marienplatz!
Aber auch wenn man in der Gegend bleiben will, ist man hier prima versorgt. Da die Wohnung ja im hübschen Glockenbachviertel liegt, gibt es um jede Ecke ein Restaurant/Coffee Shop oder einen Supermarkt.

Hello!
I am subletting my apartment from March 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024.
The apartment is fully furnished and has its own bathroom, balcony and kitchen. Wifi and heating are available too of course.
The location is just perfect. Only 3-4 minutes away from Fraunhoferstraße and the Isar river. And to the Marienplatz it’s only two stations!
But even if you want to stay in the neighborhood, that’s fine too, you’re in good hands here. The apartment is located in the beautiful Glockenbachviertel, which means there is a restaurant/café and supermarket on every corner.
