The flat is great!
I used to live here with my wife and we made our home very nice. (freshly painted nice furniture...)
No we divorced and no side alone can afford to live here so we decided to rent it out untill our contract stops (than you might renew it with the owner directly).
Our funrniture is still there and a lot of stuff like pans, pots, dishes etc. are there as well.
(Everything you needis there, we used to live here. But if you don`t want the stuff or furniture I will move it to my mothers house)
The Appartment is pretty and has a lot of light. Location is good. Quiet (really quiet!), clean area. 1 Minute to Aldi and about 3 Minutes to the Megamall. Ostbahnhof is some minutes walking away.
There is a really cool balcony that has a lot of sun and is quiet.
