Während meines 4-wöchigen Urlaubs würde ich sie gerne an eine saubere und zuverlässige Person untermieten. Die Wohnung ist natürlich voll möbliert und ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Töpfe, Pfannen, Kaffeemaschine, Fernseher, Küche, etc.).
Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit geräumigem Bad, offener Küche, großzügigem Wohnzimmer und einem 12m² Balkon (Westseite - top im Sommer - Balkonmöbel vorhanden).
Die Wohnung ist im 7. Stock, Aufzug vorhanden. Im Keller befindet sich ein Fahrradkeller.
Die angegebene Miete ist all-inclusive, d.h. inklusive Wasser, Strom, Kabel, Internet, etc.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen an der Grenze zwischen Ramersdorf und Haidhausen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür (Aldi und V-Markt). Restaurants auch in der Nähe.
Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Linie 54 in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar, Ostbahnhof mit Stammstrecke, U5 und vielen Busanbindungen 10min zu Fuß, U2 auch 10min).
Die Isar ist mit dem Fahrrad auch in 10min zu erreichen.
