Die Wohnung befindet sich im Rückgebäude und ist daher trotz der super zentralen Lage absolut ruhig.
Sie ist komplett möbliert, inklusive Bettzeug, Geschirr, Staubsauger etc. Zur Wohnung gehört ein großes Kellerabteil.
Ess- und Wohnschlafbereich sind getrennt. Die Wohnung wurde erst vor 2,5 Jahren saniert und ist daher in einem Topzustand.
