--- Renting my apartment from 18.09 to 08.10 ---
I'm sub-renting my one room apartment for the days I'm out of town because of work. The apartment will be free from 18 Sep. to 8 Oct. The flat is fully furnished, double bed, american kitchen and nice balcony.
It's located in a central area HARRAS. Sbahn S7, Ubahn U6 and many buses connections. Near to Edeka, Lidl and Aldi. 15 min walking distance from the Oktoberfest.
I'm looking for a quite and responsible person/couple who want to spend those days at my place. The apartment will be rented in that time-lapse. The price is 100E. per night due to the Oktoberfest season.
