Single Dorm Room with own Bathroom in Great Location

Sending your Facebook profile link where we can contact as real is all I want, I don't want to make you spend your time writing long mails, trying to find someone I can feel safe with as I will be out of Germany during these 6 months, which is a very weird decision to make and I don't have time to meet with many people in person and talk about it. Only write if you can stay until the last day, and if you are a university student around Munich younger than 30. The price may sound unreal, but don't worry it's not a scam, I will never ask you to send me money in advance.

I am a Biology master's student at LMU, going to US for my thesis in the following 6 months, so I need to rent my room in a Studentenwerk's dorm to a student. It is a single room, no one else will be living with you, and it has its own bathroom (not shared with anyone else). There is also a very new, nice fridge in the room which really works well, and makes no sound. The kitchen is shared by about 8-10 other students on the same floor, but it is pretty big, and you always find enough place to cook and eat. Internet is pretty fast, download speed is about 10 megabytes per second, and it is your own internet, you are not sharing it with any other room via WiFi, you can set up your own wireless connection.

You must be a student younger than 30 and since it will be a sublet and my address will still be registered here, you can not get an "Anmeldung", so even though for me your nationality doesn't matter, for students out of EU who needs an address registration to get a residence permit, my room would not work, sorry. The dorm is very close to U6 Klinikum Grosshadern station, about 3-5 minutes on foot, and even closer than that there is a Penny store. There are about 5 washing machines on every floor, very easy to use for everyone and pretty cheap, there are also drying machines. I am not adding any cent to the actual rent I am paying to Studentenwerk, I will ask you to transfer 312.5 Euros to my German bank account every month, and everything is included to this price, heating, electricity, water, internet. Compared to private residences the price is really great, and that's why there are long waiting lists for getting one of these rooms

I will be available in the room between March 28 and April 1 and you can come and see the room during these days and we can talk about details and sign a contract and you can get my second room key already. I am only interested in a person who will be careful not to damage anything in the room, especially the walls, because everything was so new and clean when I got the room, and they do charge us real money when we move out, if there is any damage. Since I will come back to this room, I will leave some of my stuff in one of the wardrobes, you can choose the one you dont want, so I can leave them in that one.
