Very nice 1 room apartment in Landsbergerstrasse, at the intersection with Fuerstenriederstrasse. Good location, 5 minutes to S-Bahn station Laim, 10 minutes to U-Bahn Laimer Platz. Parking spots available on Landsbergerstrasse and nearby locations. Laundry room available. The apartment has a nice terrasse (which is larger than in the picture). The apartment has a cellar with a key. There is a big indoor bike storage facility with key.
The apartment is not furnished. The desk (€ 25), drawer (€30), wardrobe (€50) and bedside table (€20) can be bought by the tenant, if necessary. The price for these is negotiable.
The rental price is inclusive of all additional costs (Nebenkosten).
