Die Wohnung hat ca. 30 qm mit separater Küche (mit Fenster) und ist sehr hell. Perfekt für eine Persone.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 25 qm, und die Küche und Bad (mit Badewanne) ca. 4qm.
Einbauküche mit Backofen, Kuhlschrank und Herdplatte ist vorhanden.
Der Vermieter wollte am liebsten eine Mädchen/Frau mit einem unbefristeten Vertrag und Schufaauskunft.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Tram 12 und Bus 53 2 min weg, Tram 20 6 min und UBahn 11 min weg zu Fuß.
Viel Einkaumoglichkeiten in der Nähe (z.B. Penny, Tengelmann, Rossmann) und viel Restaurants.
Ich habe ein Paar Möbel für die Wohnung gekauft, die ich ablösen wollte. Dafür wollte ich 500 euro, die man noch verhandeln kann.
