Ich suche Nachmieter für meine ca. 3 Jahre alte schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung (fast 50 m2) im Irisstr. 2 Dachgeschoß.
Die Wohnung ist unter 10 min mit dem Fahrrad zum FIZ oder zum BMW Hochaus "Vierzylinder". Zu Fuß ist FIZ gemütlich 20 min erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ca 6 Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, hat überall Fenster. Bad ist mit Badewanne und 2 große Fenster. Küche ist mit Spülmaschine und Ceramik Kochfeld.
Sonst überall Laminat. Zum Wohnung gehört ein Gartenhaus auch als Abstellraum für Fahrrrad, Ski usw.
Die Wohnung ist mit neue IKEA Möbeln möbliert, die ich auf Wunsch gerne günstig dalassen würde. (Malm Serie, hell)
Küche muss günstig abgelöst werden.
Kauktion ist 2 Monatsmiete (kalt). Ohne Provision.
Kalt 610 €, warm 700 € kostet die Wohnung monatlich.
Bezügsfrei ab 15.04.
Wer jemand interesse hat für Zwischenmiete, dann für 2,5 Monate wäre möglich und für 600 € warm monatlich + Küche günstig ablösen.
