Ich suche zum 01.08.2021 (gerne auch früher) einen Untermieter für ca. ein Jahr (genauer Zeitraum kann gemeinsam besprochen werden). Die Wohnung ist möbliert und befindet sich im 5. Stock der Rumfordstraße 32 in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Gärtnerplatz und zum Viktualienmarkt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, eine abgetrennte Einbauküche mit Spüle, Kühlschrank und Herdplatten (leider kein Ofen) und ein Bad mit Badewanne.
Im Keller des Hauses befinden sich Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Gärtnerplatz. Dementsprechend gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars direkt in der Nähe. Auch die Isar ist nicht weit. Verkehrsmäßig ist man sehr gut angebunden an U-Bahn (Fraunhoferstraße für U2/U4 und Marienplatz für U3/U6), S-Bahn (Marienplatz) und Tram (Haltestelle Reichenbachplatz).
