ich biete meine schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung. Sie hat 29qm eine zweckmäßige Kochnische und ein schönes neu renoviertes weißes Bad.
Im Zimmer selbst ist ein neuer Laminat Boden. Im kleinen Eingansbereich und im Bad ist der Boden neu gefließt.
Das Zimmer hat zwar keinen Balkon aber eine schöne Fensterfront und ist von daher sehr hell.
Die Lage ist super zentral. Man braucht von der Wohnung zur U-Bahn Haltestelle Goetheplatz ca.7min und ist in 5min. am Marienplatz. In der parallel Strasse befinden sich ein Rewe, ein Penny und ein Aldi, sowie sämtliche asiatische und italienische Restaurants und ein Subway.
Die Wohnung ist ausschließlich an Damen zu vermieten. Also idealerweise bist Du Studentin oder berufstätig.
Außerdem müssen die Möbel mit übernommen werden.
