2 BR Apartment, quiet, in the center of Munich :)

Perfect for a cosi vacation or for visitors of the trade fairs in Munich (MESSE MÜNCHEN) with U-Bahn (U2) GLOCKENBACHVIERTEL is one of the most hip, trendy and amicable parts of Munich. It is in the center of Munich and surrounding by Cafés and Bars. The famous "GÄRTNERPLATZ" is within walking distance. The apartment is ca. 36 m² big, has 2 rooms (living room with lounge couch that COULD sleep one (it however only single bed width and length) & bedroom with Queen bed, one bathroom with shower and washing machine, extra toilet, an entrance area and a fully equipped kitchen (Stove,water boiler, pots, pans, silver and table ware but NO dishwasher ;-)). ALL windows go out to the inner courtyards of the buildings and it is VERY quiet therefore, even though you are in the middle of the city :-) You have spacious balcony which has sun till about noon. The closed U-Bahn stop (Metro Stop) is "Fraunhoferstrasse" or "Sendlinger tor", the beautiful river (the "Isar") is within 3 min. walking distance. Any questions? let me know! :-) Cheerio!
