Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in der Müllerstraße und ist zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet. Sie ist sehr hell, voll möbliert und verfügt über eine abgetrennte Küche und Bad. Die Einrichtung selbst ist in sehr gutem Zustand da ich die Wohnung bei meinem Einzug ganz neu eingerichtet habe. Es gibt leider keine Waschmaschine im Haus (Waschsalon um die Ecke)
Das Viertel ist sehr belebt und bietet viel Abwechslung. Im Haus selbst befindet sich ein Biosupermarkt. Viele Bars, Restaurants und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. in der Nähe.
Nächste U-Bahn Station: Sendlinger Tor
Nächste Tram Station: Müllerstraße
Ich werde von April bis Juli nicht in München sein und suche deswegen einen angenehmen Zwischenmieter. Ich würde dir meine Wohnung komplett möbliert, d.h. Bett, Tischgruppe, Schrank, Sofa, TV usw überlassen.
In der Miete ist alles inbegriffen: Wasser, Heizung, Strom, Internet, TV etc.
