Durch die großen Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell und vom Fenster aus blickt man direkt ins Grüne.
Die Toiletten und Duschen werden mit den anderen Hausbewohnern geteilt.

Das Zimmer liegt in zentraler Münchner Lage in Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt.
Bis zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station (Poccistraße) sind es 5 Minuten, die Fahrzeit zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Innenstadt beträgt unter 10 Minuten.
Es finden sich eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, Bars und Cafés in Laufnähe, der nächste Supermarkt ist zwei Geh-Minuten entfernt.
An der Isar oder in den nahegelegenen Parks ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.

The apartment is centrally located 5 mins from the subway station Poccistraße, from where you can get to the central station and the city center in under 10 mins.
There are lots of restaurants, bars and cafes neaby, the next supermarket is 2 mins away.
The Isar and nearby parks can be reached by foot in a few minutes time.
Ich suche von September bis Dezember einen gewissenhaften und ordentlichen Untermieter, der sich gut um die Wohnung kümmert. Dafür lasse ich euch auch gerne alle nötigen Alltagsgegenstände in der Wohnung (z.B. Geschirr, Bügeleisen, etc.)
Im Hause wohnen Großteils Studenten. Je nach den eigenen Vorlieben kann man die anderen Hausbewohner kennenlernen, hat aber auch seine Privatsphäre.
