I got a last minute cancellation, so here's the deal. Send me a text about yourself and proof of your employment (incl. salary). You can visit the flat tomorrow from 11–13h (Saturday, Dec 22nd). My landlord will pre-approve the applications and you will need to decide to take it on the spot. If it's yes, you pay half for the furniture, then come back the next day (Sunday, Dec 23rd), sign the contract, pay the other half for furniture and move in immediately.

I'm moving out of a small, but really cozy studio apartment with a balcony overlooking the inside courtyard at one of the top spots in Munich. It was refreshed (painted walls, new kitchen and most of the furniture) when I moved in 3 years ago.
The rent is warm, only extra cost is electricity (around 30 EUR).
Available to move in after December 21st and continue long-term with the agreement of my landlord.
Trendy Glockebanchviertel with a lively nightlife and amazing restaurants, 2 minutes away from the Isar and the only 24h kiosk in Munich.
U-bahn station, several Tram and Bus stations are just around the corner.
The 1500 EUR cost for buying off furniture includes:
- 2 original Vitra Eames chairs
- HAY table
- vintage sideboard
- bed with mattress
- small IKEA kitchen
