English: So I'll head off with my van for minimum 2 months (maybe longer, I'm flexible about this) starting next week and I wanted to sublet my flat super last minute to someone as spontaneous and uncomplicated as me :). You shouldn't mind that you will be surrounded by most of my stuff that I'm gonna leave there and it would be great if you could empty my postbox every now and then and let me know what's happening in there.
1-room-appartement, nothing super fancy but nice and cosy and practical and quiet, but in the middle of the coolest and hippest quarter, great connection to the underground, lovely people around, close to the Isar for nice walks :)

Deutsch: Ich bin mindestens ca. 2 Monate mit meinem Van unterwegs und suche einen unkomplizierten Zwischenmieter (auch gerne jemand, der nur ab und zu in München ist oder, der in Ruhe etwas Neues suchen möchte), der kein Problem damit hat, dass ich meine persönlichen Sachen großteils in der Wohnung lasse und der meine Post ab und zu mal durchschaut :)
Einzug-/ Auszugsdatum flexibel. Ich bin eventuell noch länger unterwegs und habe alternative Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten in München - bin also nicht an ein bestimmtes Datum gebunden.
Zur Wohnung - klein aber fein: ein Zimmer, beste Lage im Glockenbachviertel (U1/U2 Fraunhoferstraße in Gehweite, Tram Müllerstraße und Sendlinger Tor in Gehweite, Gärtnerplatz, Viktuatienmarkt usw.). Ruhig im Innenhof mit Balkon (mit Sitzhängematte). Badezimmer mit kleiner Badewanne, kleine Küche voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr usw. mit zwei Herdplatten, Bett ist aus Platzgründen eine Matratze am Boden (aber sehr gemütlich), Sofa, schnelles Internet, kein Fernseher, Waschen im Keller :)
Die Wohnung ist schon etwas älter, aber alles funktioniert und ist sauber.
Besichtigung persönlich oder gern via Skype - da bin ich auch flexibel und unkompliziert ;)
