So about the apartment, it is a gender and nationalities mixed WG with 7 other people. We are like a little family, having diners, drinks together and we share a lot of activities also
People in this flat are a mix between workers and students and with age going from 20 to 28 years old
The apartment has two kitchens and two bathrooms, and has all the necessary furnitures !
About my room, it would keep things such as the bed and some shelves if you are interested in them, we can discuss about it
So if you are looking for such atmosphere and a nice place to stay, feel free to ask more informations :)
This apartment is located in a quite central area, between theresienwiese (Oktoberfest, frühlingsfest etc) and sendlingertor. You can go there by feet within 10min.
The building is in a backyard so you don’t have that much noise from the outside with all the benefits of an apartment in the center !
Groceries, pharmacy, bars, everything is quickly reachable :)
U-Bahn is at goetheplatz, around 5min away and the lines are the U6-U3
You can also find a cinema there and some restaurants
The reason why I am moving out is that I am about to move in with my girlfriend :)
It is still sad for me to leave this place since all the nice moments spent there !
Otherwise, other thing you should know is that the contract for the apartment goes until the end of June and we still don’t know if it will be extended or not. So I prefer to be honest on that point
