1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Isarnähe

Da mein Studium in München beendet ist, wird meine Wohnung in der Isarvorstadt frei. Vor allem bietet sich die Wohnung für Studierende der LMU an, da die U-Bahn nur 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt liegt (Poccistraße) und man mit zwei Linien (U3 und U6) innerhalb von 7 Min. an der Uni ist.

Das Apartment liegt super zentral zwischen der berühmten Theresienwiese und den Isarrauen im ehemaligen Schachthofviertel von München. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses und liegt nach hinten zu einem Spielplatz raus. Man schaut also nicht auf die Straße, sondern direkt ins Grüne.

In dem Haus befindet sich ein großer Waschkeller mit Miele Waschmaschinen und Trocknern. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Haus kann bei Bedarf angefragt und gemietet werden. Ansonsten gibt um das Haus gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Für Fahrräder gibt es vor dem Haus noch einen zum Teil überdachten Fahrradstellplatz, der sich neben Fahrrädern auch für Roller oder Motorräder eignet.

Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr ruhig und die Nachbarn sehr freundlich. Besonders zeichnet sich die bereits genannte Ausrichtung zum Spielplatz aus, da es zu dieser Seite ebenfalls sehr ruhig und grün ist.

Das Apartment ist möbliert und hat einen Balkon. Haustiere sind erlaubt. Besichtigungen können online oder vor Ort durchgeführt werden. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt ein Jahr.

Since my master studies in Munich are finished, my apartment in the Isarvorstadt will be available. Above all, the apartment is ideal for students of the LMU, since the subway is only 5 minutes away on foot (Poccistraße) and you can reach the university within 7 minutes with two lines (U3 and U6).

The flat is very centrally located between the famous Theresienwiese and the Isarrauen in the former Schachthofviertel of Munich. The room is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and faces a playground at the back. So you don't look out onto the street, but directly into the greenery.

The house has a large laundry room with Miele washing machines and dryers. An underground parking space in the house can be requested and rented if required. Otherwise there are good parking possibilities around the house. For bicycles, there is a partly covered bicycle parking space in front of the house, which is suitable not only for bicycles but also for scooters or motorbikes.

Overall, the house is very quiet and the neighbours are very friendly. The above-mentioned orientation towards the playground is particularly outstanding, as it is also very quiet and green on this side.

The flat is furnished and has a balcony. Pets are allowed. Visits can be made online or on site. The minimum rental period is one year.
