Da ich ab August für 6 Monate in mein Auslandssemester nach Australien gehen werde, wird meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Glockenbachviertel für den Zeitraum frei!
Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock gelegen und ein Aufzug ist vorhanden :)
Im Keller des Hauses ist ein Club (Beverly Kills) der auch Freitags und Samstags nachts etwas zu hören ist, allerdings hört man durch die Lage im 5. Stock nur etwas den Beat und nicht wirklich die Musik und wenn man sowieso ab und zu selbst mal weg geht am Wochenende ist das für den Preis der Wohnung echt gut auszuhalten 😊
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen mit vielen Cafes und Bars in der Nähe und man läuft nur ca. 5 Minuten zum Sendlinger Tor wo mehrere U-Bahnen, Trams und Busse fahren :)
Supermärkte sowie Drogeriemärkte sind ebenfalls zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen!
