Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt, nicht in der Wohnung!

The apartment is fully furnished and available for a short duration starting immediately and until the 30 June 2024 (around 1 month only). Maybe 1 more month extension possible. No city registration/KVR is possible!

Pets not allowed. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, not inside the apartment!
