I offer my furnished apartment for interim rent from 03/11/2017 until the first 30.06.2018 - can also be extended (Exact date can be flexibly agreed).
The apartment is about 35 square meters, plus balcony, which includes about 4 square meters. It is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bar stools, kitchen utensils - pull in and WELLNESS) and consists of a bedroom with an integrated kitchen, a storage area and a bathroom. In the apartment parquet floor is laid and through the window front to the balcony it is very pleasantly lit. The apartment is optimally cut, whereby the room can be divided very well.
The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from Leonrodplatz and is very well connected to the public network and you are in the shortest time in the center of Munich. From Leonrodplatz the tram goes to the main station and Karlsplatz within 10-15 minutes. Bars / Restaurants in Maxvorstadt can be reached in 5 minutes. Bars / restaurants in Schwabing within about 10-15 min. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the University and Münchner Freiheit. Alternatively, the bus can be used. Due to its proximity to the Olympic Park, the location is ideal for jogging and other sporting leisure activities.
The apartment is only rented to individuals or couples (non-smoker!) Without pets over the specified period. The above additional costs include costs for electricity, water, heating, internet.
