Ich vermiete meine super zentrale, super günstige 1 Zimmer Altbau-Wohnung in der Maxvorstadt nahe Hauptbahnhof für 2 Monate unter. Der genaue Zeitraum ist der 10.02 - 14.04.24, also für die Dauer der Semesterferien.
Die Miete beträgt monatlich (alle Nebenkosten und Internet enthalten) 550€.
Die Wohnung ist ca 20qm groß und kommt mit einer Küchenzeile und kleinem Bad inkl. Dusche. Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt es im Keller. Außerdem bleibt die Wohnung für den Zeitraum möbliert (inkl. großer Schreibtisch und 140x200 Bett), du müsstest also nichts weiter mitbringen. Die Kaution beträgt 550€, die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl.
Perfekt für Praktikanten, Famulanten etc...
Highlight der Wohnung ist definitiv die zentrale Lage.
5 Min zu Fuß zum Hbf oder zur Haltestelle Königsplatz, und die Tram hält direkt vor der Tür. Einige Supermärkte, Cafés und Museen fußläufig erreichbar. Man kann eigentlich alles innerhalb Münchens innerhalb von 30 min erreichen.

I am subletting my 1 room apartment in Maxvorstadt near the central station for 2 months. The exact period is 10.02 - 14.04.24, i.e. for the duration of the semester break. The monthly rent (all utilities and internet included) is 550€.
The apartment is in an old building and measures about 20 square meters and comes with a kitchenette and a small bathroom incl. shower. There is a washing machine and dryer in the cellar. In addition, the apartment remains furnished for the period (incl. large desk and 140x200 bed), so you don't have to bring anything else with you. The deposit is 550€, the apartment is on the 5th floor without elevator.
Perfect for trainees, interns etc...
