Hallo, du darfst meine Wohnung (in die ich noch nicht eingezogen bin) quasi ganz frisch bewohnen. Ich bringe all meine Möbel, übergebe dir die Wohnung und ziehe erst nach meiner Reise in die Wohnung ein.
Sie besteht aus 1 Zimmer mit Balkon, Küche (abgetrennt mit Sitzmöglichkeit; ich bringe noch Kühlschrank mit) und Badezimmer. Die Möbel auf dem Bild sind noch von der Vormieterin, ich würde dann andere mitbringen. Aber keine Sorge, ich hab schöne Möbel :-) (1,20er Bett, Couch, Tisch, Perserteppich usw...). Über die genauen Daten Einzug / Auszug können wir sprechen, evtl. geht auch länger.
Hello, you can practically live in my apartment (which I haven't moved into yet). I bring all my furniture, hand over the apartment to you and only move into the apartment after my 1-month trip.
It consists of 1 room with a balcony, a kitchen (separate with seating; I also bring a refrigerator) and a bathroom. No worries - I have nice furniture :) And we can talk about the exact dates, maybe longer is possible.
Die Lage ist unglaublich - mitten im Studentenviertel, Tram ganz nahe, U3 Universität ganz nahe und auch Josephsplatz (U2) gut zu erreichen. Bars, Restaurants, Läden, Englischer Garten ganz nahe - du bist mitten im Münchner Leben :-)
The location is incredible - right in the middle of the student district, tram very close, U3 university very close and Josephsplatz (U2) also easy to reach. Bars, restaurants, shops, English Garden very close - you are in the middle of Munich life :-)
