Ich biete eine 1 Zimmer Wohnung in der Münchner Maxvorstadt:

Ich habe mich in der Wohnung 3 Jahre lang sehr wohl gefühlt, suche jetzt aber etwas größeres bzw. einfach nur Tapetenwechsel.
Um die Ecke sind Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte - trotzdem ist sie ruhig und man kann auch ohne Probleme nachts die Fenster gekippt lassen. Es gibt zwei Waschsalons um die Ecke.
Die Lage ist perfekt für Studenten: TU und LMU in Laufnähe
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel:

- U6, U3, U2
- Bus 154
Es müssen Möbel abgelöst werden:
- Kühlschrank (Bauknecht, A++, 3 Monate alt)
- Bett (1,40m, dunkles Holz)

Alle Sachen sind max 1 Jahr alt, VB 600€.
