Das helle Zimmer ist 16 qm groß, hat ein großes Fenster, ist möbeliert mit Schrank, Komode, Fernseher und Bett. Weiße Möbel. Es gibt ein kleines Bad und eine gut ausgestattete Küche.(Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine) Leider nur mit einer kleinen Sitzgelegenheit. Insgesamt vermiete ich 30 m2, das Wohnzimmer wird nicht mitvermietet. Mein Freund und ich sind in der Zeit im Urlaub und du hast die Wohnung für dich.
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der TU und nur 3 Minuten von der ubahnhaltestelle Theresienstraße entfernt. Es gibt viele Läden, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Beste Lage in der Maxvorstadt (Grenze Schwabing), in der Theresienstr., nur 2 min bis zur U bahn (Theresienstr U2), Bus 100 oder Tram. Der Hauptbahnhof und Stachus ist zu Fuß in 10 min erreichbar. Die Technische Universität ist direkt in der Staße. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl 100 m entfernt), nette Cafes und Restaurants.
