Individual room at a Studentenwerk students dormitory. Perfect location very close to the LMU/TUM and the city center.
Details: furnished, with a desk, bed, shelf and wardrobe.
Shared facilities at the flat: 2 bathtubs and 2 toilets, making a total of 4 bathrooms. Shared with other 5 students. Kitchen shared as well, very big and spacious, with 2 fridges, a big freezer and an oven.
Shared facilites at the building: german academy, students association's bar, washing machines and dryers, elevator.
IMPORTANT: The flat includes basic cutlery, pans and boiling pots. Basically, all my kitchen utilities!
This offer is ideal for people who haven't find anything definitive yet and need somewhere to live meanwhile. You can stay a couple of months here, and use this time to find something else for the semester. The best way to find a definitive place to stay is to look for it from Munich.
Public transport: U-Bahn station Josephsplatz (U2) right on the entrance of the dormitory. Just at 2 min walking 154,153 buses going to Universität, Giselastrasse or Odeonsplatz.
Surroundings: quiet area without traffic and full of youth. Several supermarkets like REWE, Lidl or Netto are at 1 min walking from the dorm.
Preferably students. No matter gender nor age, but please be serious.
The caution should be paid a couple of weeks before starting the stay for security reasons!
If you are not at this time in Munich, we can still sign the contract my ordinary mail, but you will held the costs.
