In unserer 60qm großen Wohnung gehören Dir/Euch ein 24qm großes Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer, Bad, Balkon und Küche.
Im Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer findest Du/Ihr eine mehr als große Couchecke, TV, Ablagemöglichkeiten und natürlich einen separaten Schlafplatz für 2. Das gemütliche und helle Zimmer geht in den Hinterhof und ist somit sehr ruhig. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt.
Wir haben eine große, voll-ausgestattet Küche mit Spülmaschine sowie ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Ein Balkon für sonnige Stunden wartet bereits auf Dich/Euch. WiFi mit Highspeed Internet ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Welcome to our cozy home!
In our large, 60sqm apartment you can call a room of 24sqm, the bathroom, balcony and kitchen your own.
The bedroom/living room has a big couch, TV, sideboard and a separate sleeping space for 2 people. The window of this room faces the courtyard, therefore your cozy and bright room is very quite. Bedding and towels are provided.
Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. Do not miss to enjoy the sun on the balcony. Highspeed WiFi internet is provided too.
Du/Ihr wohnst im Herzen und im angesagtesten Viertel Münchens (Maxvorstadt).
- 2 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn (Station Theresienstraße)
- 2 Stationen bis zum Hauptbahnhof
- 15 Gehminuten bis zum Englischen Garten
- 5 Gehminuten zu den Pinakotheken
- 4 Stationen oder 25 Gehminuten bis zum Marienplatz
- Direkt vor dem Haus: Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants, Bäcker usw.
