Die Miete beträgt inklusive aller Nebenkosten, inklusive Strom-/Gasvertrag, inklusive VDSL Internet mit
25/mbits, und inklusive Möbeln(900 Euro Sofabett 140x200 für super Schlafqualität) und inklusive GEZ, 425 Euro. Du bekommst die Wohnung sozus. wie auf Airbnb.
Ich wohne 10 Minuten entfernt, falls irgendwelche Probleme auftreten sollten.
Du kannst auch früher als am 15. einziehen.

I'm renting my 35 m2 apartment(1 room + kitchen + bathroom + balcony) at Theresienstr. 56, exactly between TU and LMU, in front of Museum Brandhorst, with the balcony view to the front street.
The rent including all additional costs like electricity, gas, highspeed internet with 25 mbit/s and full equipment(900 Euro sofa bed 140x200 for super quality of sleep) and including German broadcasting/all other bureaucracy, is 425 Euros. You'll get the appartment basically like on Airnbnb.
I'm living 10 minutes away, should there be any problems.
You can get in earlier than on 15. if you want.
