da ich mich für vier Monate im Ausland aufhalten werde, vermiete ich von 01.09.2016 bis 31.12.2016 mein schönes, helles 1 Zimmer Apartment am Josephsplatz (Maxvorstadt) unter. Die Wohnung hat 41m², ist voll möbliert inkl. Bett, Waschmaschine sowie Fernseher und befindet sich im 2. OG eines Altbaus in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Küche ist mit einem offenen Durchgang vom Wohnraum abgetrennt, das Bad innen liegend. Vier große Fenster in Richtung Südwesten sorgen für viel Licht.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu finden. Zur U-Bahnstation läuft man zwei Minuten.
