Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine süße 1-Zimmer-Wohung. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist sehr gut geschnitten und ist sehr hell durch zwei Fenster. Das Zimmer ist relativ quadratisch geschnitten und hat eine Nische, die sich perfekt für eine Schrankwand eignet - so kann man alles, was man braucht, gut in einem Zimmer unterbringen und sich total wohlfühlen!!
Das große Fenster hat zwei Flügel und so hat man einen kleinen Balkon innerhalb der Wohnung. Das Bad ist sehr neu und hat eine Badewanne. Die Küche ist mit Spüle, Herd und Schränken ausgestattet.
Es gibt ein geräumiges Kellerabteil.
Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar zentral, die UBahn-Haltestelle Theresienstraße ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. In der Augustenstraße findet man alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die das Herz begehrt - vom Bioladen bis zum Discounter.
Die Miete kann variieren - es ist noch nicht sicher, wie der finale Preis sein wird.
