Die Lage ist zentral. Die Wohnung liegt im Standtzentrum, Maxvorstandt.
Supermärkte sind hier zahlreich um die Ecke (Aldi, Penny, DM, Rossman). Ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die öffentliche Anbindung ist optimal, ca. 3 Minuten entfernt sind verschiedene Haltestelle: Tram 20,21 ,U1- Stiglmaierplatz, U2 - Theresienstraße. In ca 15. Minuten zu Fuß ist Hauptbahnhof/ Marienplatz - so eigentlich muss man nicht unbedingt öffentliche Verkehr benutzen.

You can find the u bahn station of U1, U2 and the Tram station of 20, 21 in ca 3 minute of walking. In ca. 15 minutes walking you can come to Marienplatz/ Central train station, so actually you don't need to use u-bahn or tram at all. :)
