Ich ziehe in eine etwas größere Wohnung und suche schon ab 15. Mai einen Nachmieter (auch Zwischenmiete bis Ende Juni möglich). Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich. Die kleine Küche mit Herdplatten und Spüle ist separat. Ein Waschmaschinenanschluss befindet sich im Zimmer. Besonders hübsch ist das Bad, über das auch das Dach begehbar ist, auf dem ich schon manchen schönen Sommertag verbracht habe.
Sehr vermissen werde ich die wunderschöne Lage. In 5 Min sind Bus und Ubahn (Theresienstraße) erreichbar. Die Pinakotheken, viele Restaurants, Bars und Cafés und der Englische Garten sind gleich um die Ecke. Lidl,Tengelmann, Biosupermarkt,... ebenfalls.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 850 Euro. Dazu kommt nur noch Strom (ca. 20 Euro) und Internet.
